The wheel of the economy plays a role in stimulating the ebb and flow of the economic community. Companies in general are part of the ring which can be said to be a driving machine that is one of the supporters of the economy. However, we need to see who is in the Company itself, who plays the role and who drives the activities of the company. Within the Company there is a system called Industrial Relations. Industrial relations within the Company must be properly guarded, so that activities within the company can run as they should and in accordance with the objectives of the Company and of course provide favorable results for the company itself. However, industrial relations activities do not always run smoothly, because there are many factors that influence, and certainly will have an impact on the activities of the company itself. What and how do you solve the problems that have become the rifts of industrial relations? Relationships that occur between employers and workers, mutual cooperation, coordination, with the same goal, namely to get profits and of course indirectly turn the wheels of the economy itself.
